Returns or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

Product received is defective or non-functional
Incorrect product delivered (not as per order)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of industrial spare parts, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Electrical or electronic parts once installed or used
Customized, made-to-order, or specially sourced items
Items without original packaging, labels, or serial numbers
Returns requested due to incorrect selection by the buyer
Return Request Timeline
Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Requests submitted after the timeline may not be accepted
Unboxing videos or clear images may be required for verification
Return & Replacement Process

Provide order details, issue description, and supporting evidence
Our team will review and verify the request
Upon approval, replacement or resolution will be initiated
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to seller error or transit damage, return shipping
will be arranged or reimbursed as applicable. In other cases, return shipping
costs may be borne by the buyer.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after inspection and approval.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within
7-10 business days.
Final Decision
Spareszone reserves the right to make the final decision on all return,
replacement, or refund requests to prevent misuse and ensure fairness.
